Holiday Inn Express & Suites Houston Northwest-Brookhollow, an IHG Hotel

The check in was easy and the receptionist friendly. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. We used the pool, which was great since it was very hot. The breakfast had a good range of options, about what you would expect. The pancakes and cinnamon buns were good. Easy free parking. The hotel is close to the highway but it wasn't noisy, and close to a quite a few restaurants, which was great. I would definitely stay again.

The front desk clerk was very accommodating as I made my reservation through a third party and it got messed up or confused when I was trying to cancel one day but no the entire reservation. I was an evacuee with 3 small children and frantic. She was calming and reassuring that she and the GM would figure something out. She would not allow me to think I was stranded though the hotel was BOOKED due to other evacuees coming. I appreciate her so much and wish I could have thanked her monetarily but I was low on cash due to evacuating at such short notice. Thank you so much for taking customer service to another level. She was compassionate and positive the entire time she searched for a solution for me and my family.
